• Information you provide — when you complete the partnership form (name, organisation, email, phone, partnership type, and message), enrol in a program or register for the LMS or QUBE Studio (name, email, institution, and login credentials), or contact us by email.
• Information collected automatically — device and browser type, approximate location, IP address, pages visited, and usage activity gathered through analytics and server logs.
• Learning activity — progress, submissions, assessments, and certificates generated as you complete courses.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and our services are not directed at children under 13.

• To deliver, operate, and improve our programs, QUBE Studio, and the Qube LMS.
• To respond to partnership enquiries and provide learner and institutional support.
• To issue certificates and, where you have opted in, send program updates and newsletters.
• To understand how our content is used so we can improve the experience.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers for retargeting.

• Service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing — under confidentiality obligations and only as needed.
• Partner institutions and employers, only where you have explicitly opted in (for example, internship or placement facilitation).
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law.

We use essential cookies that keep the site working and analytics cookies that help us understand usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Learning records may be kept while your account is active so you can access your progress and certificates. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and the GDPR where it applies to you — you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@qubefoundation.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

We protect data in transit with HTTPS encryption and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard it. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it to contact@qubefoundation.com.

Our services are intended for users aged 13 and above, or younger learners enrolled through an institution or with verifiable guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children outside these arrangements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and we will notify you of material changes where appropriate.
