Qube Foundation offers Deep-Tech education across AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity — including structured programs, hands-on labs in QUBE Studio, institutional cohorts through the Qube LMS, and supporting content. Our materials are educational in nature and should not be treated as professional, legal, or financial advice. Please verify critical details independently before relying on them.

You must be at least 13 years old, or enrolled through an institution or with guardian consent, to use our learning products. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Where a program includes certification, blockchain-verified certificates are issued upon successful completion of the stated requirements. We are committed to practical, outcome-focused learning, but we do not guarantee employment, placement, internship, or any specific career outcome from participating in our programs.

Some programs and products are offered free of charge; others carry a fee that is shown clearly before you enrol or purchase. Where fees apply, refunds are governed by the policy stated for that specific program. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data except as expressly permitted;
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or course access;
• Upload malicious code, spam, or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

All course materials, software, designs, logos, and content are owned by Qube Foundation or its licensors. You may access and use them for your personal, educational purposes. You may not republish full materials, use them to train commercial AI models, or use the Qube Foundation name and brand assets without our prior written permission.

Our services may link to or integrate third-party platforms — such as Streamlet — and external websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Our website, content, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qube Foundation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant program in the twelve months preceding the claim (which is nil for free services).

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use our services in a way that risks harm to others or to our platform. You may stop using our services at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
